Dear patient, in addition to the comfort of electronically booking an examination at our clinic from the comfort of your home, we also offer you the opportunity to easily, quickly and safely access the current results of your examination anytime, anywhere.

I would like to point out here that registering in the electronic card system ( WEZKA) has nothing to do with making an appointment for an examination. If this is your first time coming to us for an examination, DO NOT REGISTER HERE! You just need to make an appointment for an examination - see the last inscription on the blue bar.

Registration in the WEZKA electronic system will only begin after the first examination with us , if we take a sample for examination. As soon as we receive the result, we will copy it to your electronic card. The system will send you an automatic SMS about this (if you set the SMS sending option during registration). The SMS message includes a link to our website. If you have internet on your mobile, clicking on the link will take you directly to the login page for your electronic card. After entering your login details, you will read the examination result and a comment on the result . The comment will explain in layman’s terms what the result means and what you should do next. If you do not have internet on your mobile, an SMS will notify you to view the result at home on your computer. After REGISTRATION, create a WEB ELECTRONIC HEALTH CARD (  WEZKA ) in the patient area. Your new WEZKA will not automatically become ACTIVE immediately after your REGISTRATION! The condition for the account to function is:

1. Úhrada 6 eur ročne - presné informácie o realizácii platby dostanete v potvrdzovacom e-maili po zaregistrovaní.
2. Fyzická AKTIVÁCIA novej karty administrátorom na webovej stránke. Aktivácia bude zrealizovaná

• do 3 pracovných dní od uhradenia sumy na účet OGAMA s.r.o., resp.

• do 3 pracovných dní OD samotnej REGISTRÁCIE pacientkou.

Prosíme Vás, aby ste nás do uplynutia tohto času neurgovali telefonicky a e-mailami, že sa do e-karty neviete dostať!  Ak Vaša elektronická karta nie je aktivovaná po splnení vyššie uvedených požiadaviek  (neviete sa do nej dostať), v prvom rade si skontrolujte, či pracujeme = či  nie sme na dovolenke alebo PN,  či nie je lekár na odbornom podujatí. My máme záujem na tom, aby Vaša e-karta bola funkčná.

Apelujeme na Vás, aby ste formálnej stránke registrácie venovali náležitú pozornosť. Pri registrácii správne používajte VEĽKÉ začiatočné písmená a DIAKRITIKU  ( dĺžne, mäkčene, medzery, ...). Inak sa stane, že Vaša elektronická karta kvôli tomu bude nefunkčná. Toho najvážnejším dôsledkom bude nemožnosť doručenia očakávaných dôležitých výsledkov vyšetrení  a  iných dôležitých informácií.   Ak za takýchto okolností  bude registrácia vyžadovať opravu,  oprava registrácia bude spoplatnená podľa cenníka. 

Užívateľské meno napíšte malými písmenami a bez diakritiky!   Neuvádzajte tu e-mailovú adresu!

Dôsledne si skontrolujte  správnosť e-mailovej adresy! Ak bude chybná, systém Vám nemá kam poslať HESLO.  Keď Vám príde e-mail s heslom, heslo si musíte PREVZIAŤ  KLIKNUTÍM  NA tam uvedený  LINK =  modro podčiarknutý text.

Po zaregistrovaní si RIADNE ZAPÍŠTE A ULOŽTE PRIHLASOVACIE ÚDAJE a E-MAILOVÚ ADRESU! Nespoliehajte sa na uloženie údajov v mobile. Môžu Vám ho odcudziť, môže sa stratiť, pokaziť ... Takmer denne riešime žiadosti o nové prihlasovacie údaje!
